We stand behind the quality of every piece. Returns are accepted for store credit only.
We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and unstained

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by the order number and the email address used at purchase

If a receipt, order number, or order confirmation cannot be provided, we are unable to issue store credit.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns for store credit only.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit

We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

 

Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at info@unsocial-society.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Canadian Returns

At this time, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels for Canadian orders.

Canadian customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To request a return send request to info@unsocial-society.com. Once approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Returned with original tags attached

Please ship using a carrier of your choice and ensure the package is marked “Returned Merchandise” with a declared value of $10 USD or less to avoid customs delays or fees.

Refunds will be issued once the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

 

Final Sale Items

Items marked “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
All Black Friday / Cyber Monday items are final sale.
Additionally, items marked “sale,” giveaway items, or gift with purchase items are considered final and cannot be returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Giveaway items

  • Gift with purchase items

  • Gift cards

  • Items that show signs of wear, staining, bleaching, or alteration.

Exchanges 
Due to the limited-edition nature of our collections, we do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to return an item, please follow our return process to receive store credit.


Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status.
Approved returns will receive store credit via a non-expiring gift code.
If a return is not approved, we will offer to send the item back to you.
